What our guests say....
A true a Super-host! The cottage is an exceptional place and perfect for a golf group or family. Located just outside the city limits offering great access to the surrounding Golf Course and just far away to offer wonderful country atmosphere. Great stay, super-host, superb cottage, and wonderful location! I’ve come to St Andrews three times a year over the past four years. Each time I’ve stayed in an Airbnb —- this was the very best overall experience! A+

Beautiful stone-walled cottage which was modern inside & had everything we needed. Lovely, quiet location even though it’s just off the main road with easy access to St Andrews and Dundee. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend staying at Taylor Cottage.

It was situated in a very safe courtyard and a short drive from many beautiful places. The house itself was immaculate and well equipped. It had a very homely feel and checking in was easy. All communications with the host were friendly, informative and prompt. Definitely would love to go back.

This is a great place to stay for families who want a quiet, but active holiday. Green space for friendly ball activities, a small games and book library, country walks and berry-picking, and great access into local centres such as Cupar and St Andrews. Loved the wee Inn in Dairsie too. Thanks to Lauren and Jim for the great hospitality:)

We stayed in Lauren’s cottage near St Andrews for a week and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! It has a lovely cottage vibe but is also very modern. It was one of the most comfortable homes we’ve ever stayed in. The were plenty of comfortable beds for the 7 of us and we appreciated the extra blankets, very cosy! It was great to have a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage was very close to St Andrews, great food & shops & siteseeing. Dairsie & Cupar are very close as well for quick grocery stops. It was a perfect home base for day trips to Dundee, St Andrews, & Edinburgh. We especially loved driving around looking at the old castles. There is bus stop just a few mins down the road so you don’t need to take the car every time & the train ride to Edinburgh was beautiful! The local people were very friendly & helpful! We got several travel tips from people who live near the cottage. We absolutely loved our first trip to Scotland & we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay than Lauren’s cottage! We would love to stay again!
